Do I need to swim?

No. The semi-submarine has an underwater observation deck, so you can view marine life without swimming. Snorkeling is separate and only listed for some destinations.

When are departures?

The listed daily departure times for Hurghada are 09:00 and 11:00 and 15:00. Bookings close one hour before departure. Live seat availability is not connected.

Are children and infants charged?

Children receive the discounted fare for ages 6–11. Infants aged 0–5 are free under our launch policy.

Can I cancel?

Cancel at least 24 hours before the experience starts for a full refund. Manage or cancel a booking.

What should I bring?
